You should start at episode one but skip the fillers which is
like half the show some fillers are in between battles

I recommend that you start from episode 1 or don't watch it at all.

There are a few filler arcs that you can skip, the first one is from 64-109. You can skip 33 and 50 too if you want.

Watch everything except the fillers. The story is meaningless if you don't know character backgrounds.

If you don't want to start at no.1 then start at episode 12 Chad and Orihime get there powers also when Ichigo and Uryu meet yeh 10 to 12 that's when the anime gets good
