ok water is extremley versitle it is strong to fire and weak to earth it is most commonly used by manipulating it into weapons and/or bodies/body parts examples water sword,whip,fist,ball,dragon,clone,or grand whirlpool, it can be combined with earth to create mud fire to create steam and wind to create rain.
