*thinks* well wind is the element formed by air rushing at high speeds ,air which is the most important to sustain lifeforms as without air their wont be oxygen required for combustion in biochemical processes producing energy at the cellular level.Wind is strong against electricity as it disperses the torrent of incoming charge but is weaker to fire as it only increase the fire by providing oxygen to increase the combustion...and it can be used to create wind storms and tornados and is mainly an offensive technique good till mid range* that is all i know sensei xd
