water - also known as suiton. water release manipulates one of the most common elements used by ninja, water by either using a pre-existing water source, creating their own water source or by manipulating our own chakra to form water. Suiton is well versatiled as we can change not only the shape but the form of the jutsu's also. Water Release is naturally weak vs. Earth Release and strong vs. Fire Release however you can elem. combine Water Release with ALL other elements (Lightning, Wind, Earth & Fire) to create more powerful techniques...
