The first step in improvement is accepting your flaws.I know. Everything I do is fail.
It seemed like a possibility of Orochimaru coming back ever since Kabuto was being half taken over by his dna. Although I would have suspected the snake connected to him had Oro's mind.....now it's just like..."why is that thing even a part of him?" I don't know though, coming out of Anko's curse mark is kind of random....and being conscious within her...its kind of retarded to be honest. He was sealed by Itachi's sword, then apparently his mind went to Anko's body without her noticing it, and he's just aware of everything going on around her even when she's using the bathroom probably...
I'm starting to believe Kishimoto gave up on making sense as long as it makes the fans happy.
