I think Tobi is not even a Uchiha

I was thinking all the Uchihas can activate/deactive their sharingas, on the other hand doesn't seem that Kakashi can deactivate it, so the transplanted sharingans are always active, can that possibly mean that Tobi is not a Uchiaha? Because his sahringan is always active, like Kakashi...

Well Itachi had it open most of the time as well and he had lame chakra due to illness while Tobi has enough chakra to use the 6 path of pain with effing jinchurikis, sharingan, rinnegan at the same time...

Or tobi can just be a master with his sharingan. Itachi really never deactivated his in part 1 except when he used a lot of chakra, while tobi only uses his space time tech. So he could also have a large chakra reserve due to his uchiha dna and also the 1st's dna inside of him allowing him to keep it on.

Can you say the same for when we first seen Itachi in his Sharingan activated form for an extented period of time, some point, in the previous Anime/Manga Chapters? You can't say his Senju either because he could have gotten the Senju DNA from Zetsu or he can't be Uzumaki and utilize the techniques because their Jutsu are kept secrect and their Clan were destroyed and scatter some time ago. He could have copied with his Sharingan, but we could never know.

All I'm trying to say is "We just have to wait and see."

Well we've kinda already run out of legitimate Uchiha to expect for him. To tell you the truth I'm clueless about Tobi, not even an idea really.

Is it me, or does anybody else want to see the Tobi from before do all this. I mean fun loving, goofy, Tobi? Wouldn't that make for the most shameful ass kicking of the Allies, if he wasn't even serious and was acting like a kid while he did all this? Just sayin.
