sakura is actually really strong and if should would ever be able to land a hit on anyone they would be like paralyzed to an extent tht not even orochimaru could withstand....shes like little hercules+tsunade

She's too slow to hit anything.

She's been hitting Naruto so often, to a point where she actually think she can do that with anyone. She obviously has no idea that Naruto was just letting her hit him. Even he could dodge her attacks easily, pre sage mode off course.
