I am not a kakashi fan and i am not really intrested in this character but i am sure he is more powerful than tobirama
1- Tobirama has not shown any water based ninjutsu that can beat kisame's water attacks(kisame rivals the sanbi in terms of water based ninjutsu)
2- Tobirama's most powerful jutsu are suicide based attack and what is the point in winning the fight if your not alive to enjoy it?
3- I doubt tobirama would use edo tensei because that requires someone elses life and tobirama wont just use powerful shinobi as pawns unlike kabuto
4- His ftg is weaker than minato's and kakashi has full knowledge of ftg
As for kakashi he cant spam kamui because tobirama wont just stay still and let kakashi kamui him and tobirama will be careful if he finds out that kakashi has the mangekyo
But...
1- Kakashi is smarter and has natural speed
2- He has lightning which can counter tobirama's water
3- If kakashi gets a chance he can kamui the fodder away!

Disagree. You're wrong on the Edo Tensei part, Tobirama can be cold when he needs too, he was the one to create the Edo tensei, meaning he sacrificed lives to learn it and use it. He was alive back when their were top ninjas, so who's to say he needs to sacrifice anyone? He should be able to use the same Edo's he used way back in the pass. He killed Izuna with his sword, theirs Izuna's DNA right there and Hashirama is his brother so getting his DNA wouldn't be hard either. Tobirama would use Hashirama as a Edo because to him protecting the village was top priority.
It was never said that Tobirama's FTG was weaker than Minato's, in fact when Minato was comparing S/T jutsus he compared Tobirama's FTG to Kamui along with his own

. Only differences is Minato used Kunais while Tobirama would use clones or getting in close and marking people. Also it was said that they could FTG wherever their chakra is or connected too, Tobirama can use water jutsu to fill the area (

Tobirama has better natural speed than Kakashi, he only said Minato has better natural speed/Shunshin than him. Lightning is stronger than earth, Water is a conductor so lightning jutsu wouldn't really do much against it. Kakashi would need to use his earth jutsu but he only shown 2 different earth jutsus and neither one was on the level it needs to be to stop Tobirama's water jutsus. A jutsu can only counter a jutsu of the same level just like how an element can only overcome another element if it's a stronger jutsu. Edo Tobirama who was no where near full power made strong water jutsus that made Hiruzen use strong earth jutsus.
Kamui? Tobirama is a very powerful sensor and would just sense the chakra build un in Kakashi's eye and use a water jutsu/FTG/Shadow clone to obscure Kakashi's aim. Tobirama was so fast that while he was attacking someone who has a faster Shunshin, he still tagged his FTG mark on him while also putting a multiplying exploding tag on him as well. His clone was fast enough to grab the tbb from Minato, FTG to Obito and gave it back to him before it exploded.
Tobirama power is so great that when he was going to kill Sasuke it shocked Orochimaru, Suigetsu, Sasuke, Minato and Hiruzen and that's him not at full power. Tobirama, Izuna, Hashirama, and Madara are all above kage level.
