raiton won't hurt Tobirama as he launches water techniques from his body, this is like me saying if Naruto throws a FRS at sasuke and he uses amaterasu on it, Naruto will be burned. FTG could only be used if Kakashi is touched there are ways Kakashi could avoid that

1.) Fight a long ranged battle
