when the sage took control of jubi at 6:51
jubi's eyes became rinnegan (that is also happened when madara took control of kyubi . kyubi's eyes were showing sharingan and the same happened when sasuke took control of manda)that mean when a beast became under genjutsu it's eyes transform
I honestly doubt that Kishi would allow such an ambiguity in his manga. I mean if a beast being controlled by a regular shairngan has eyes perfectly mimicking that same sharingan, why would a beast controlled by the rinnegan be any different? There was a reason behind him showing us the 9 tomoe sharingan and I think its to get us thinking a little more about the sharingan's origins. Basically it seems the Juubi's sharingan was the basis of the sharingan we know today which later broke off into forming the byakugan. Maybe the rinnegan has no relation to the sharingan at all, perhaps a EMS is not required to form rinnegan, its all still very unclear with the facts we have. I still think its possible that the sage created the Juubi and his eye on purpose.
yes ninji yin/yang symbol is just for show because his technique have nothing to do with Yin-Yang release but it show the range of his technique

perhaps the 10 tail just had a 10 tome sharringan and when the so6p became his jinch i turned into a mixture of rinne and sharringan

Some of you are further elaborating on what drew me to my conclusion as far as the 9 tomoe rinnegan... It hasn't said anywhere that the Jubi had a sharingan.. not even remotely.. just misinterpreted images.. As far as I'm concerned the Jubi only had the 9 tomoe rinnegan because at the point in which the author drew the jubi the sage was using his creation of all things.. which would explain the the reason why the jubi had 9 tomoe in its eyes as it was being split into 9 different paths.
Interesting theory indeed, that does make a bit of sense considering its coincidental that the number of tomoe equals the number of beasts it was split into. However, I don't think thats the case because that image was of the Juubi before the sage became it's jinchuurinki. When the sage split the Juubi's chakra, the chakra was inside of him. Are you saying he let the Juubi out of his body before splitting it up? I personally think he split the chakra and then as a result it's body reappeared outside of the sage and he then sealed it into the moon.

It never said that was the image before the jubi was sealed within the sage.. and in order for him to create the moon to seal the jubis body within he must of indeed let him out.. so.. it makes sense to me
YOu have a point... Also this sharingan reminds me the neckless of the sage's design. So0P was really deadly seeing that he did all that on his death bed. I assume that , since he was himself the jinchuriki so he did all this just some time before he made his younger son his heir..

THEORY 1 madara said that the sage gave his life force energy and body to the younger brother and his eyes and strong chakara to the older brother. maybe the sage gave the older brother a weaker form of the rinnegan= sharingan. and it was past down to the uchiha clan.
theory 2. sage had rinnegan and when he sealed the jubi in him he got the jubis power which included the sharingan. he sealed jubi away created the moon and on his death bed he gave sharingan to older brother so he would have strong eyes but not to strong cause the older brother believed that power was the key to eveything and if he gave him the rinnegan he would cause chaos. so he gave him the weakened form.the
