Edo Itachi had his eyes after being summoned because he had his eyes when he died.

Nagato and Itachi died with eyes. Izuna lost his sharingan, Kekkei Genkai before he died.

Can't be fourth Hokake. All Hokages, expect Tsunade are sealed. Even if Izuna would have his eyes, is he stronger than Nagato, Itachi & all the Kages?
