It probably wasn't because you had to see the context of the convo between me and Namar to get what we were talking about. Naruto fought for much longer than Sasuke, not much else to be said on that. As far as your Kurama/Kushina reference, personally I don't see it as that different from having your chest blown out by killer bee only to be saved by your friends and then suddenly getting a new eye power. Or escaping a lethal jutsu from Danzo thanks to Obito and then being handed your brother's eyes that plot saved you from being killed by in the first place. Just saying. This is why I said both have been given their fair share of powers and help that were instrumental to them making it as far as they did. It's lame to nit-pick at one and not the other

No he wasn't. His response said otherwise. That coupled with Sasuke pointing out a couple times prior that Naruto wasn't putting enough into his attacks, and Naruto telling him over and over he's not trying to kill him, means Naruto wasn't fighting "seriously" for at the very least, the majority of the fight, since at the point of your scan, we were already in our 3rd chapter of the fight, and Naruto still didn't want to "beat the current Sasuke"

Sasuke had more than Naruto did. He fought for less time, had used less chakra prior, had chakra directly from the vessels of the tailed beasts, while Naruto was left with a small amount of tailed beast chakra and half of one tailed beast. I didn't even mention that Sasuke had the ability to absorb chakra on top of all this. And he was fighting to kill while Naruto clearly wasn't. I didn't explain it because it's self explanatory. And let's just throw in the sharingan and rinnegan for kicks.

Naruto stalemated Sasuke because that was his goal. And despite the clear disadvantage he was up against, he accomplished his goal. Nuff said. Seriously though I'm about to smoke and watch attack on titan with my girl. I'll catch yall later
