I think Gaara might get Magnetic style

I think Gaara already have the Magetism Release KG. He uses it with his sand. He uses his chakra to magnetise the sand so he can use it and that is why it is much stronger now since he uses his own chakra.

He might get considering that Kishi suddenly put emphasis on this technique long after the Sasori Arc with 2 users (gaara's dad and that Edo)

Still, I'm always skeptical on the attribution of a new KG to someone. Till now, these kind of theories (mostly useless like Naruto will gain Rinnegan, lava, Kakashi will gain something else blah blah blah...) never occurred. Also, there hasn't been a user who gain a KG after not having it before being shown. But I like Gaara so much that I won't mind he'll get a power-up but I doubt it.

Well considering that The Third and Fourth Kazekage used their KG in conjunction with controlling sand, I think it makes sense that Gaara can use it (because of his dad) and he will somehow incorporate metal into his sand. I hope we see this in the next chapter.

Yet at around 16 years of age he hasn't shown it, and those things kick in early not late and conveniently. Plus, Gaara has zero need as I have a feeling we'll soon be shown.

Gaara has something better in my opinion. He has the Shukaku's powers over the sand without the Shukaku, whereas his predecessors needed iron and gold with magnetism to get something like it.

Gaara has Shukaku's power. That's enough. If he hasn't shown it in all the battles he's been through now, then he probably doesn't have it.

On top of that, people still say "Well, he'll awaken it in this battle". Well, that's great. A recently awakened, no experience Magnet Release using Gaara vs. his father whose been using it for god knows how long...

Peace[/QUby the way the edo magnetized the shuriken, the kunai, and the man, anything can be magnetized, so the same way the 3rd kazekage magnetized his iron sand and the 4th magnetized his gold dust(or w/e) Gaara magnetizes and controls the sand. It sorta explaines why Gaaras dad had the pigmentations appear when he activated the jutsu, as well as why Gaara has the pigmentations

what beats a magnet or magnetism. only thing i can think of is x men movie where Magneto was placed in a plastic prison. so

I think Gara may learn Raiton, and combine Raiton, Wind & Earth to make a KK expansion that nullifies Magnet element,

maybe reduces the magnetic ability or even can infuse Raiton chakra in his sand to Trump magnet element.
