Alright, I'll go ahead and begin.
(Hyouton: Hasai Hyōrō no Jutsu)-Ice Release: Crushing Ice Prison
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: This is an improved version of: Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique. The user will use their chakra to cause a jagged pillar of ice to erupt below the target. This pillar will move up into the target, but rather than pushing them, it will simply absorb them into itself, thus encasing them in ice. The user will then make a single hand seal, causing the ice in the pillar to move inwards on itself, thus crushing it's occupants.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: Can only be taught by Inch.
This is a pretty simple to perform technique. Simply stream your chakra beneath your opponent like you normally would when performing the Ice Prison Technique. Upon doing this, manipulate your chakra to surge upward in a pillar of ice. This pillar will not push your target, but rather absorb them into the pillar. Once the pillar has finished moving upward and absorbing the target, make a single handseal, and manipulate your chakra to cause the ice to surge inward, crushing whatever poor soul is trapped within.

Walking into the training grounds Yamamoto begins to focus his chakra. As he has decided its time to start off this customs training, he instantly sends his chakra under the opponent. Recollecting from his training in Ice with Hazama, now known as Azazil; he remembers the basic ice orison technique. Suddenly, Yamamoto manipulates that chakra, thus creating a ice prison that sucks to the opponent restraining them. With a swift handseal, Yamamoto makes the prison collapse on the opponent killing them.

Hyouga Gachan | Ice Release: Glacier Crash
Type: Offensive/Attack
Rank: A rank
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 30 Chakra
Damage:60 Damage
Description: For this technique the uses focuses there hyouton chakra into the atmosphere and performs the rat hand seal. After the chakra has been sent into the air, the user then slams there hand on the floor, summoning several large sharp spikes (maximum 8) to fall 10m above the opponent. The spikes are 4 meters high each and 3 meters in diameter. This can aslo be used to trap the opponent. Because of the weight of them, the user has to have mastered nin because it requires intense chakra control

-Must have mastered ice to use
-Must have a Yuki bio
-Must be sannin or higher to use
-Usable 2x a match
-Can only be taught by light...

A great technique imo. I want you to focus your Hyouton chakra, sending it into the air above your opponent. It will makes clouds as it wouldn't just fall out of nowhere. You will slam you hands on the floor, calling forth the large 3 diameter spikes that come raining down 10 meters above the opponent. You can summon a maximum of eight of these spikes to fall on the opponent.

I focus my chakra into the air above my opponent, and manipulate it to form clouds ten meters above my opponent. As the clouds take shape, I slam my hands on the ground, and further manipulate my chakra to cause 3 spikes that are 3 meters in in diameter and 4 meters in height to appear from the cloud, raining down toward my opponent with lethal speed and precision. One spike impales him directly in his head and the others go to his left and right, blocking his movement to those directions.

I have a couple questions about this one:
-Do the spikes have to move directly downward, or am I able to send them off at different angles?

-Do the spikes specifically need to be 10 meters above my opponent, or just 10 meters above the ground?
