The Summoning Technique is a technique that the user uses to instantly transport a specific animal that belongs to a certain contract to the user's location. The animals that are summoned usually have special traits or abilities that benefit the summoner in battle.
Pangolins are odd, anteater-like creatures that have hard scales on their backs and tails. I would say that their strengths are there defensive plates and their ability to curl into balls and roll about. I would say that their weaknesses are their unprotected areas(when not curled up.), such as their faces and stomachs as well as their tongues in some cases.

nice description, though some pangolins have armour on their stomach aswell and are bipedal (can walk on hind legs)

*I then allow myself to bleed more and I then proceed to rub my fingers together in a fist, spreading my blood all over my fingers and my palm. I then press my hand against the scroll underneath my name.*

now, focus your chakra internally, keeping a balance in your spiritual and physical chakra, build it up steadily, and make these handseals ( Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram)
then slam your bloodied palm onto the ground, as you do so, focus on using your chakra to attract the creature you are trying to summon, keep an image of it in your head, and use it to create a gap in space/time connecting you and him, and then pour your chakra into this gap, allowing him to cross through to this spot.

*I stand for a moment with my eyes closed, balancing my chakra and calming myself. I then envision a Pangolin in a dense jungle area while attempting move my chakra towards a far away place and attempt to connect the area with my current location, forming a sort of a dimensional tunnel. I then use my chakra to attempt to drag the Pangolin into it.*

*I use the same unexplainable way of searching the far-off jungle with my mind, searching for a Pangolin of greater importance. I come across a Pangolin of significant size that seems to be somewhat indifferent about my "presence". I bite my poor, still-bleeding thumb and slam my hand on the ground. I then use of large amount of my chakra to create the same sort of poorly explained "portal" between our locations and bring him here.*

What, should I try speaking with Pangolins, though I'm not there, and ask about a particular one?
Just by knowing a name, I can't tell him apart from any other large Pangolin, because my character is not familiar with them.

Description: Vitellus is the Second son of Tiberius is the third largest of his kind bieng 5/8 the size of his father, bieng fairly young and small, his scales only protect him from upto B rank techniques, like his father he can roll up to attack, a single B rank or two C-rank hits to the stomach will prevent him from rolling up for the rest of the battle, or use his tongue, which can extend out to mid range, and has an adhesive nature, trapping the enemy if it his, however the tongue is vulnearble to lightning and fire, a single c-rank hit from either element will prevent its use for the rest of the battle. Vittellus is fairly competant at doton techniques but unlike his father and brother is more willing to learn from others, (he may use doton techniques to the same rank as the summoner- to a maximum of b-rank)
Restrictions
1. Cannot attack at all the turn after he rolls up
2. Cannot use jutsu and tongue in the same turn
3. Cannot be summoned if user has used another summoning in the battle
4. Can only be sommoned once per battle and stays on the field for 4 turns or if hit once by S-rank or above (twice by A rank)
5. Cannot be summoned if his father has been summoned in the same battle
6. Cannot be summoned unless you have signed the pangolin contract and have been taught how to summon him by ~Anbu Minato~

i tell you what.. i'll let you make up a summoning... (think up some rules and send them me.. i'll submit it on my allowed 5 (as you have used yours..)
