Course he'd hate it. It just goes to show that Hinata could have actually had an impact on Sasuke as a person if she was the main heroine and part of Team 7. There's no doubt in my mind Sasuke would be able to bond better with Hinata than Sakura given their similarities and the simple fact that Hinata doesn't mock orphans. The two could so easily work as a brother-sister dyanamic, which is very fitting given both had their bonds with their real siblings strained/broken.
