Gym subs won't do much for you anyway. Unless you want the useless power of stupidly big muscles to be able to lift heavy weights; a waste in the real world, since they exhaust quickly, put pressure on the heart and in terms of viable power, don't have any.I now seek power. Having a job is just the side goal. My main goal is power, physical power. I don't like to waste my money on gym subscriptions or weights. I currently have dumbells, and I do pushups, pullups. I want to keep getting stronger this way. Is it possible?
Quality, not quantity. Keep on with your pushups and pullups, do planks and try incorporating some yoga. Remember, strength is only half of the story too. Power is the other half; do upper and lower body plyometrics to enhance bursts of power.
