I refuse to believe Madara or Kaguya could do all the paths

There's just no way they wouldn't utilize at least some of them. Madara could pull people towards them then shoot his balls at them instead of standing back and trying to hit them while they blocked and dodged. Shinra Tensei would obviously come in handy when avoiding being sealed. Ashura path could have made for convenient make shift weapons. One of the paths can rip peoples damn souls out, why use taijutsu when you can just do that? I dun get iht

Well Nagato had years and years to master Rinnegan. Sasuke didn't have access to the full potential of his rinnegan right away either. As a non edo tensei Nagato also had to use his paths through various corpses rather than all at once. His body was incapacitated as a result of having access to all these abilities. I don't think Madara had enough time with his own rinnegan to figure out all these paths just like Sasuke. Obito had a bit of time as he prepared for the war, but not nearly as much time as Nagato.

Pretty sure Madara used at least Deva Path and Preta Path, and then there's Limbo. Sasuke used a few abilities too, plus that S/T thing & Rennigan Genjutsu. In the end, it seems like Nagato was able to master the Rennigan the best, as he had access to the majority of the techniques, while other wielders didn't have access to many of them.

Madara can use all the Rinnegan abilities it's just that he only had both his eyes for a limited time. Kaguya it's unknown if she can or can't.
