Kakuzu has lived over a hundred years which makes him more experienced then kisame(regardless of that fight with naruto :|)

How does he beat kisame? By turning it into a 5 vs 1

Kakuzu is can also be a long ranged fighter since kakuzu knows about samade he would avoid it and beat kisame in a long range fight with his 4 hearts swarming kisame while his arm can burry under ground for sneak attack. If push comes to shove and kismae traps kakuzu in his water dome, with his lightning element mask he could shock the water stunning or killing both of them. Kakuzu can then escape or be revived with another heart

Kisame can fend off of false darkness with his water shark bullet technique cancelling the lightning out.

Kisame is experienced in long ranged fighting and can use it to his advantage. If Kisame sees the masks getting ready to fire an attack he can use exploding water colliding wave which cancels the technique out and can possibly hit the masks.

If the masks get too close to Kisame he can destroy them with Samehada absorbing their Chakra and making Samehada stronger.

If Kisame decides to make a giant water dome and the lightning mask is trapped in it. He can quickly destroy everything in the dome with a thousand feeding sharks

Lets say Kakuzu uses his Domu Technique. Considering Kakuzu can't move when he uses this Technique, Kisame can swipe at him continuously draining his chakra.

When the masks decide to move around and shoot at Kisame, he can easily send rain water shark wave making many sharks come at the masks, killing them.
