Kisame can fend off of false darkness with his water shark bullet technique cancelling the lightning out.

Kisame is experienced in long ranged fighting and can use it to his advantage. If Kisame sees the masks getting ready to fire an attack he can use exploding water colliding wave which cancels the technique out and can possibly hit the masks.

If the masks get too close to Kisame he can destroy them with Samehada absorbing their Chakra and making Samehada stronger.

If Kisame decides to make a giant water dome and the lightning mask is trapped in it. He can quickly destroy everything in the dome with a thousand feeding sharks

Lets say Kakuzu uses his Domu Technique. Considering Kakuzu can't move when he uses this Technique, Kisame can swipe at him continuously draining his chakra.

When the masks decide to move around and shoot at Kisame, he can easily send rain water shark wave making many sharks come at the masks, killing them.

while shark bullet would cancel it out what gives kakuzu the advante in a long range fight is that he can put two elements together creating a even stronger jutsu and over powering most of anything kisame has like by combining his wind and fire chakra he can level fields which cant be counter by a shark bullet.

Exploding water colliding wave only creates a ocean of water since kakuzu and his hearts are mobile it would be easy for them and him to get out of the way or walk on the water. Also while kisame is riding the wave this leaves him open for kakuzu's wind heart(and the others) to attack. As the wind one can fly it wouldnt be busy with avoiding colliding wave.

None of the masks would get close enough to get hit as they arent melee fighter.

The point is that if the mask is in the inside or the outside it can still use false darkness electriting the dome while either slowing down or stunning kisame. This would. . .. . . . .. . . . . . keep kisame away

Kakuzu would use domu as he would be at a disadvantage and i will disregard rain water shark wave as it is not canon and anime only jutsu -sigh- bad match up
