Try to do that first..
Then with your other hand...
You put the wind in it..
Then you Release Rasengan.. and if you focused enough... THere should be the Orb of the storm..

Shouldnt you be NOT messing with me and my training.. Its best to start with a rather difficult jutsu . .so the rest would be easier.. And im teaching the ones that arent in the Batle Rules Jutsus.. And the ones that are very handy in a fight..
