What you dont understand , is two things :

ONE : THEY HAVE TO GET APPROVED.

TWO: THE RULES HAVE CHANGED. YoU ARE A GENIN. NO CUSTOM KGs ALLOWED. YOU NEED A SENSEI.

You can't use custom jutsu if your not sannin or kage,the fact that they aren't even in the right jutsu format leads me to believe they didn't get approved....You may have mentioned abilities in your bio but I think if you re-submitted it that it wouldn't get approved....custom KG aren't allowed dude....

Second you can't make up moves on your own.

Finished your training?To what rank?Who was your 'official sensei'?And if you finished how come your not using 'actual' jutsu's?(you know the official ones everyone else on this site uses?.....)

Son of itachi has never been a sensei.......so whatever training you did doesn't count.......

Since I was a little kid. He was born with them. No other elements can he truly use. Fire, he never could get more than a little flame.

You CAN't be BORN with knowledge of elements, you have to be trained by a Sensei,you can max have an affinity for them..... O_O
