i just got my bio approved and i need a sensei im only a genin so ill be easy to teach

You have to go to them, they will never go to you unless they are feeling nice. Which in most cases, they aren't. You have to go to their profiles and VM them about training, be warned however that many of them are currently very busy. You can ask their senpais which are usually shown on their profiles and you can contact them for elemental training. Sensei have orange names.

Don't we all. Trust dude I got mine approved awhile ago, and I am still waiting. Be patient it will happen when it happens.
