Yes and no. There are 5 official senseis. You need 2500 to apply for being a sensei.

Well i'm not saying that posts mean everything but basically the whole point of being registered on this site are posts. Even the battles and training is still just a bunch of posts. The only point to being registered besides posting is customizing your profile
