If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Focus your chakra and condense a large amount of rainwater into one place of which you will create a spear. This still is in the clouds. After performing one handseal, the spear will be shot towards the enemy from the clouds.

As it continues to rain. I then began to channel my chakra into multiple rain drops as they hit the ground. Still focusing on every rain drop. I then channel my rain chakra and keep it stationary in several rain drops . Once they hit the ground they form into small Water spikes in the puddle that was made from the rain

Advantages: More than likley the opponent wont know that spikes are being formed in the puddle

Disadvantages: Seeing as how the spikes wouldnt really be big enough.. I dont see how it could cause alot of damage

How to avoid: Prevent a puddle from forming...

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear

As the rain continues to fall from the clouds. I then channel more of my chakra into the clouds . As i do that i then shape the water in the clouds to form a spear made from the rain. Once I then shape it, I then have it sent down from above the opponent to strike him from above

Advantages: It comes from the clouds so not easy see-able when fighting an opponent

Disadvantages: More than likely the cloud is long range above so i would safely guess that the spear will have to travel long range thus giving the opponent time to react just incase he do see the spear

How To avoid: ... Just move out the way.. :| Hurricane Fist can do the trick for that. Or even an earth jutsu (depending on which)

There is something more to it. Since the spear comes from above the opponent and can be launched within three turns you never know when it is going to happen. If you want to move away using for example hurricane fist you first have to see it coming

As it starts to raiin. I then start to gather my chakra and send it into the rain. I then channel my chakra into my opponent having the raindrops attract on him and to the ground. Keeping him in place immobilizing him

Advantage: This jutsu can use immobilize the enemy
Disadvantage: This jutsu can easily be seen as some type attack as the rain drops will be attracted to them
How to avoid: Dodge them as you see the rain attracting towards you

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones

As it continue to rain. I then Start to channel my chakra all around the rain. As that happen I then form multiple rain clones around the rain. These clones cant do much and disperse after one hit

Advantage: Only way i can see this being use is as a diversion
Disadvantage: The clones disperse after one punch. As meaning they are fragile
How To avoid: Simply take out the clones

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique

Finally. As the rain starts to fall more. I channel water chakra into your clothing. Once I do that. The rain then touchdowns on your clothing. Easily absorbing the water. Having your clothe soaked and your clothing gets real heavy. then keeps your movement slow

Advantages: This jutsu can be used to halt the opponents movement
Disadvantage: It dosent do damage really. so it cant be used as an attack move
How to avoid: Take off your clothes.. :|

If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

I start by focusing my chakra into the rain clouds above. Once I do that I then shape the rain clouds to form into a clone of me. The cloud clone is physical thus able to give and receive attacks

Advantage/Disadvantage: Similar to all type of clones (except shadow clones)
How to avoid: Very hard to honestly to me. Remove the clouds.. but one does not know when a clone will be formed from the rain clouds


(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets

I start by channeling my chakra into the exisiting rain. Once i do that I then form several handseals. As i do that, the rain then forms into several rain bullets. As they form they then speed to the ground with haste with a hard impact

Advantages: it would be hard for one person to simply dodge this seeing as the rain speeds up

Disadvantage: from the description. The rain bullets arent enough to kill you. Just feel like stones hitting you at a great force. Which is hard but... to each its own. on that one

How to avoid: .... This is actually very hard to avoid. and cant see how anybody could avoid this without getting hit with it already for them to realize the rain turned to water bullets


(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain

As the rain continues to fall . I quickly channel my chakra into the rain then spread my hands out. As i do that A shield of Rain (water) then appears infront of me. blocking incoming attacks or projectiles

Advantages: Can stop incoming projectiles and fire attacks. Also as long as its raining the shield can remain on the field (If you keep it up)

Disadvantage: The rain clouds go.. so does the shield

Moves that would be hard in the rain to me would be Chidori Current. Umm... any type of chidori move as it would electrocute you

Good moves to use in the rain would ofc be rain techs. But more So earth techs as it would force the opponent to use Lightning techs being a double edge sword

Rain Daggers
I first start off by channeling my chakra into the rain. Once i do that. I then have the rain form together to form a rain dagger thats real long and wide. I then control the rain dagger and have it cut a nearby tree. as it does , the damage increase soon as it strikes

Weaknesses: It acts a water weapon to me (not more then one) and also its noticible when it forms
Strength: When it strikes. it expands giving it more damage
HTA: Well seeing as it serves as a weapon of a sort. Simply use a dodging jutsu, blow it away or anything thats plausible. like an earth tech

Rain Umbrella:

I start off by doing a set of handseals. As I do i then put my right hand upward with my palm facing upward. As i do that. an invisble umbrella will emerge from my hand. keeping my dry and stop making it rain on me

Strength: it can stop acid rain or anything that rain thats supposed to come in contact with you
Weaknesses: It cant stop stronger rain drops, Its not really a defense. this has so many weaknesses
HTA: nothing to avoid

Strength: It can be counted as ice... ?
Weakness: It has to be sent back into the clouds to use the move
HTA: When you see the rain stop all of a sudden. Make the move. or stop the rain


(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
I once again send my water drops into the sky. Once i send them up in the sky, they then start to freeze. But this time...... as the water rain drops freeze. they then come crashing down in the shape of daggers on the opponent .. Causing real harm

Strength: can be use as a diversion. (In a way i would) also its difficult to avoid
Weakness: It has to go back into the clouds. so its noticeable
HTW: Stop the clouds before it freezes over

I start by sending my water back into the sky.. way into the sky. Once i send it back into the sky it then freezes over. As it freezes over. It comes crashing down from the sky in the form of hail.

Strength: Dont know really. Im not sure how this could even hurt somebody
Weakness: That its only hail with no real offensive power
How to avoid: If you can or want to.. heat up the air to turn it into rain..? Meh.. Its tricky to me

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail

I start off by channeling my chakra into the clouds. Once i do that i then wait patiently. Waiting for the clouds to accumulate cold air. As I do that. The cloud then starts raining.. Hail. As it rain hails, Im eligible to direct the hail to wherever i do please

Strength: I can direct it anywhere i want
Weakness: its Just Hail and it takes 3 turns to use
How to avoid: Get rid of the clouds
