(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.
Focus your chakra and use it to pull down the storm clouds from the sky to place them around the opponent. The clouds move at high speed, preventing both you and your opponent from escaping the area. Whilst the clouds are moving, damage done by rain jutsus will double and the rain jutsus will be more difficult to dodge. The clouds will rain in all directions whilst moving, keeping the opponent off balance due to being hit by the heavy rain from all sides.

Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.
Focus your chakra once again and use it to draw down a small portion of rain clouds to use as a body shell for yourself. Whilst the clouds continue to produce rain, you can control it and use it onto the opponent by using other jutsus.

U no no who I am? U make teno sad now... I start off by channelling alot of my rain chakra into the clouds. Once done, I then cause the rain clouds to descend from the sky to surround both me and the opponent. Once done, It surrounds the whole area making it that neither me nor him can escape. As that happens due to the constant raining so close to the opponent he is constantly knocked off balance
HTA: Well.. This is not something you can simply avoid but more so counter. This can only be countered (to me) by getting rid of the clouds (blowing them away is one way)
Strength: Doubles Rain Jutsus
Weakness: You are vulnerable to rain attacks just as much as the next person
I then channel large amounts of chakra into the rain. Once done I then cause a portion of the rain clouds to cover my body somewhat similar to a shell of rain cloud that surrounds me. Once Done I then see the rain cloud continue to rain as it surrounds me
HTA: This jutsu is not sent towards you so you cant avoid or counter this jutsu.. Simply blow it away from the opponents body if can
Strength: Acts as a defensive barrier (Made of rain) and still allows you to use rain jutsus. Not only that.. the user can use rain jutsus from their body instead of above
Weakness: Honestly.... I dont see no weakness to this except it can be blown away. Very solid jutsu to me

Well, true, I can't really name a big disadvantage of the latter jutsu either. You get that form me o_o

I start off by channeling my rain chakra into the rain source. Once done, I then cause the rain to bounce back into the sky. Causing the rain drops to freeze. As it freeze. It comes raining down in a hail type fashion and hail type damage. Causing the opponent damage
HtA: Well, I would use a defensive technique like the earth armor.
Strength: Well it causes damage in a hail formation... Not much of a strength here
Weakness: Though it indeed is a S rank and does Damage.. The damage shouldnt be lethal....
