Sakura will always stay a fodder no matter what, plus if the plot let her "solo" She wouldnt be able to solo because how fodder she is, she should first try not getting wrecked by a jubi clone and even then she would still be a fodder.

Well Itachi's Amaterasu burned half of Sasuke's body within seconds

Well Itachi's katon inflicted minor wounds on Sasuke's wing and Amaterasu is supposed to be stronger so yes seconds should be enough to burn through human flesh.

1. Itachi's Amaterasu was focused, which is proven to be faster burning and stronger.
2. Itachi's Amaterasu engulfed Sasuke's entire wing.
3. Itachi's Amaterasu was on Sasuke's wing for far longer than Sasuke's was on Karin.
4. Sasuke's wing was an empty shell for more than half of the burning period, as Sasuke had shed out of his body using Orochimaru's Kawarimi.
5. Sasuke intended to get hit, or at least intended to use his wing's burning as a distraction to set up his final attack, Kirin.

I thought it was interesting to see when Orochimaru saved her, explaining how with her ability and being alone after coming from the land of the Eddies, she will always be an outcast wherever she goes and targeted for her abilities.
