For every other language chrome gives the option of Translate = Yes or No.

For french it gives yes, no, and never translate

Yes, it's nothing funny. It's pretty much for every language (I get at times for Arabic or Spanish). It says 'never translate' because if you already know the language, it will keep a record not to give you that message again.

It's the same as the taskbar option - 'never show this message again'.

If you still consider it funny, I'm sorry but your thread is a complete F A I L...
