I like Hinata, but she feels too one-dimensional to me

Do people who kill themself have guts? No! So neither does Hinata. She clearly knew she would die and she never destroyed those black rods she ran towards Pain and got instant killed. Only the anime made it more heroic.

Shikamaru,His father,Sakura were in the sidelines giving excuses to themselves that they cant help Naruto because they will get in his way,Naruto is on the ****ing floor impaled and they chill,Yes Hinata had guts.

The pain battle was no fairly obvious dude.. I did not expect hinata out all off ppl would stand in front of pain after shes seen how strong pain was power.

I agree however that she thinks in naruto flashbacks but I hope she gets over it after this war.

I like her a lot . She has developed a lot , grew up and such , but she needs to see people around her like teammates ,sensei etc.., cuz they've helped her a lot too not only Naruto..

Hinata character was created with Naruto at the same time to be Naruto's love interest before any other character were created.Naruto has ben inspired by His father always looking at His head on the mountain and Hinata was inspire by Naruto. Sasuke by Itachi,just about every character in the series is inspired by somebody, minus one the Trouble Sakura, She just wanted the coolest boy in the academy to raise Her social statues with the rest of the girls.

I'm not sure if it's the anime or it's just me. But I don't remember that many flashbacks and what not in the manga. It just seems like the anime makes a lot of fillers with Hinata only thinking about Naruto. Overall, I do agree with you. Kind of getting tired of the random "Naruto-kun" that's thrown in too often.

also Hinata development is mostly centered around and i do admit that is a bad point. however, she had also had development centered around her own family. this all said, she is the most developed female in the story imo with ino coming in second, sakura third
