What is Water in the Narutoverse? A liquid that can be controlled using chakra, or (and this is what's special) created using chakra. Easy to make inside the body, more than outside.
What is it strong to and why? Fire, as Water smothers the oxygen the Fire uses to live
What is it weak to and why? Earth, as it can contain water and sometimes nullify it.

Water, in Narutoverse is suiton, an element either manipulated from a pre-existing water source or created from a shinobi who knows water release.
It is strong to fire, because it effectively extinguishes it by burning out the molecules of fire.
It is weak to earth, because the solidity and compactness of the earth does not let the water flow freely as it might like, therefore creating a path blockage of sort.

) Darui huh? Seems legit I want both of you to go onto that lake, and don't fall over, use your chakra to walk on it. Face each other mid range apart. After that I want you to focus your water chakra into the water, after that manipulate a little water to be flung up and launch at one another. Whoever does it right, doesn't get wet.
