The element is based on: Fire+Earth
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Its a light but very strong metal.Thats why it is usd for building shuttles:

to be able to use by a ninja,they must concentrate fire chakra in one hand and earth in the other,than clap them together and mix the chakra.(Note: its basically like how wood is done by yamato)
It can be used in the narutovers because we have seen people haveing KG as using Metal and Daimonds.Well Titanium is the same thing,its a variety of metal.By combining earth and fire the user can personally create this element on the battlefield.
Idea behind its creation: was going through the internet and saw a page about titanium.Than looked at the approved CE thread and there wasnt anything there about it.So I decided to make it
Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery of Earth,fire.
Is weak to: Lava,Diamond,Fire (but takes time to melt it,unlike lava),wind(if it has a cutting effect).
Is strong against:Lightning,water,earth,ice and Taijutsu
Co-creators (if any): None

now stretch your arm foward and try to create some titanium in your palm

Very good,but as I said this is the hardest place to use taitium.So make it more dense,feed it more chakra.Dont lose the manipulation.

Good now you you know the basic manipulation.So to finish off the first jutsu create titnium gloves around your hands.

Description: The user will use there ability to manipulate titanium to harden there skin and basically create a layer of titanium on them.This increases the power of there taijutsu drastically,but leaves them vulnerable for fire elements.This can only be activated 2 times and lasts 3 turns.It Cant be used in 2 turns after usage.Because of the vulnerability to fire and wind,no fire or wind element while in the mode.Although he also becomes imune to any B-rank and below lightning,earth or water jutsus.Unless they are higher than B-rank they do not have any effect on him.(can only get hit by 1 A or S rank water,earth or lightning and stay unharmed,after that the armor will be destroyed)
well its all said in the descreption.But do it from the first try....cause if you dont than the heat will melt it and burn you to death xd
