not obito, let the dude rest, he wouldn't take action against the shinobi world, he would rather break the rules to save a teammate then complete the mission and lose a friend, I don't see him switching sides like this (and he's dead)
izuna is also dead, we saw him in the coffin in the flashback, all of the uchiha were aware of the losses. and it's because the uchiha's made peace after izuna's sacrefice for the clan and madara that madara lost it and became evil, so tobi can also not be izuna.
in my oppinion he is a creation of madara, a third stage in experimenting with the firsts cells.

If that was true then Madara would have been brought back with no eyes. and Tobi looks to old to be Obito.
I think Tobi is a Zetsu creation with Madara's past thoughts and ambitions before he died.

Ya it can't b cause what's obito got against konoha?? U guys keep on bringing the topic of Tobi being obito which is silly. He doesn't have a reason to attack konoha- he died saving it.
