Can't Danzo consider Naruto a rogue ninja now?
I mean the rule was that you could only leave the village when assigned on a mission. Right? And didn't naruto leave the village after Danzo said for naruto to stay in the village?
Well, i could be completely wrong. but wouldn't that be an interesting plot twist!

it would but that would instantly cot him his position as hokage because the villagers and the jonin will not respect nor follow his command

Danzo hasn't found out that Naruto has left yet (from what we can tell), even so, until the summit is finished, there's nothing he can do about it.

Well, what about whn danzo gets out of the Kage summit??
And realizes Naruto is missing.
He coudl easily declare him a MIssing Nin, and send Anbu after him or something...
lol.
I cna picture Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke as missing nin....
lol.

Normal procedure for missingnins is to kill on sight but killing Naruto would probably be the worst thing Danzo could do since Naruto being the last Jinchuuriki is the only thing securing him his high status at the summit.

I wonder how Danzo would deal with Naruto beign missing.

That's because Asumas dad as the 3rd .. I doubt you'd have your own son being killed because he's confused on who he should follow, which was the case he went away anyway. Same with Sasuke, Tsunade didn't do anything about it because he meant something to Naruto and Naruto meant something to Tsunade. :D

If naruto hadnt jus saved tha village from pein then yea danzo could make him an missin nin, but especially now since naruto saved kohona everyone sees him as a hero and they respect him more than they do danzo at tha time, and plus danzo hasnt got that important jonin vote yet so he wont do nuthin drastic

Sorry but no, Danzo needs Naruto for a couple of reasons-

1. The village loves Naruto now and would not allow him to do this.
2. He is a jinchuuriki which means he is a very valuable and powerful weapon which Danzo will likely try to use.
3. He needs Naruto because that is the only reason he is being offered position of leading the five nation alliance.
