Yes me too .... My friend's uncle got lost in a certain city once, and a Japanese lady kindly left her own work to escort him to his destination.

Is naruto & obito there?
Naruto isn't really that big there. Like he's viral but you don't see him much.

Yeah, welcome back!
What did you like the most in Japan? *_*
This show I went to, called Robot Restaurant. Greatest show performance I've ever seen. We stood outside in this line or a couple minutes, got inside and were directed to a table that served us drinks and food. There was a lady playing the flute there, and she had a partner playing piano... it was the most beautiful live music I've ever heard! And I'm usually bored by those kind of things. And omg there was this little cute dinosaur on the table that moved around on its own like it was actually alive, and reacted when you pet it... like, it was SO real. When you pet it it made this purrish like sound, wag its tail and would flutter its eyes and when you put something in its mouth it would actually bite down and hold it. If you tried to hold it it would get mad and start roaring. And if you didn't do anything it would just look around and walk on its own.

...And that was only the WAITING room until we got to the show! The show was something I can't describe in words how awesome it was and the thrill and intensity there was from it so I'll just explain what it was. It was a storyline of this old sea-people tribe who got invaded by forest people and fought back, all in a musical. There were 4 parts, and the flute lady from the waiting room came in a played after every part. The lights were so flashy, the voices and unison hollering was super exuberant and the music was AMAZING! They even had the main part played in english and the props were so, so nice. They were huge and all REALLY high tech. All the actors, except for the evil tribe were women and they were all gorgeous. A group of the most beautiful ladies I've ever seen and they had great crowd interaction.

It was the perfect show, best night of summer, and Japan.

I got a few..

1.)I heard american anime fans are looked down upon there?
Nope. They really didn't care that I was there... how would one even know if they're being looked down on? Everybody minds there and business and there's no judgement.

2.) I heard that people that aren't from Japan are also treated differently?
Yeah, kinder. The Japanese are the nicest people I've ever met in my life. They're so helpful that you'll want to give everybody a huge hug. I remember two of the most kindest people who helped me and my brothers get around, I'll never forget them.

I had some US dollars and was trying to find the machine to convert them to Yen. She stopped what she was doing, her work, to try and understand us first then I had to pull out a dollar and yen so that she could understand, then left and asked some others for help because she didn't quite remember. Then she came back, and tried to give us directions but we didn't understand so she just dropped everything she was doing and guided us there and it was pretty far from where she was working, down a couple flights of stairs into the streets, and went back up. I was beyond grateful.

Then there was another man who we asked directions for to get to Starbucks. He accidentally told us the wrong directions but we had already left him, then he found us again, ran up to us and then gave us the right directions. And I kept thinking, 'man if that were anywhere else the person would've probably just let us keep going'.

3.) How hard is it to meet mangaka's there? Obviously they're busy and but I wanna meet Oda for sure.

I guess I'll see you in Japan since I plan on living there once I retire.
Not sure about that one, we were on a schedule most of the time.

But yeah, Japan is a swag place to retire to. See you soon... very soon :snick:

Were there any cute Japanese girls? :D

Were you taller than everyone? Did you drive any?
No, Japanese people are actually pretty tall... and the stereotype about them is completely false, they're great drivers.

is it true that *** with underage girls is allowed there? o_O ive heard there are many school girls who go to love hotels with older men for money....and its almost official i think :-/
I... I can't confirm that... but the age of consent for *** is 13, thats all I know.

There were official love hotels though, we passed a couple alleys that had them and saw some teens going in haha

Hockey maple freedom syrup moose snow winter moose? I thought so.
there wasnt even a subject or verb in that first sentence

Yeah once I make enough money to retire, I first gotta pay off my student loans for uni. & prob. give back to my parents then I'll move out there or visit.

I should note that Tokyo is an exceptional example.

You're less likely to find prejudiced natives there because of the cosmopolitan element; people are more conditioned to mingling with other races. But I should note that even some shops and areas of Tokyo are off-limit to foreigners - I'm no a stranger to the "Japanese people only" sign, although it's far less prominent in Tokyo.

Racism in Japan isn't how you might think though, it's rather soft. Like my first trip to Nagoya, where I experienced some people being avoidant (wouldn't sit next to me on the train, being purposely difficult etc). There was also some bad-ass kid walking with her mother, who pointed to me and said "gaijin" in the street; which promptly led the mother to tell her to be quiet and pulled her away.

The rule of the thumb is just to take it with jest, I found the latter quite funny really.
