I just got back from a 2 week vacation from Japan.

1.)I heard american anime fans are looked down upon there?

2.) I heard that people that aren't from Japan are also treated differently?

3.) How hard is it to meet mangaka's there? Obviously they're busy and but I wanna meet Oda for sure.

Where did you hear that ? My aunt is Japanese & she's very kind, so i'm assuming people there are too.

Tokyo is pretty expensive compared to other parts of Japan, and Japan is pretty expensive compared to some Western countries.
