How? If i get it right the tomoes disappeared since so6p removed the Juubi, hence he doesnt have tomoe, how do the Uchihas have Tomoe then?
All will be explained soon. What I can say is that trace amounts of the Juubi's chakra passed down through history manifested itself in the Uchiha. The ultimate form of the Sharingan is the Rinnegan. If you go one step beyond that then there is the Juubi's eye, a Rinnegan with Tomoe. It makes sense to me.

How does that make more sense than what I just theorized? The Bijuu are masses of the Juubi's chakra, when they were split from it, the Tomoe disappeared and the Rinnegan came into existence.
Because there werent nine bijuu to begin with. There was one. The sage is the one who created the nine bijuu with Creation of All Things. The tomoe shouldnt be representing something that the sage hadnt even created yet. You follow?

The Tomoe represented the Juubi's power and they probably hold some unknown abilities that we are unaware of. When the Sage separated them, all that was left was the Gedo Mazou and the Rinnegan. Which explains why a Rinnegan user can summon and control the Mazou.

Heh, flaunting my image, I see. You'd better have read the fanfic by now xd
I'm about to pass out. I need a fresh mind to read it thoroughly and understand every word. I definitely plan on reading it after I wake up.

Makes sense. The tomoe might have represented masses of chakra that the sage each split into its own separate entity. It hasnt been confirmed yet if the bijuu truly have a difference in power. Still not fully convinced yet though.

While this is an extremely good find, I think he had already had the Rinnegan when he took on the beast. Plus, if taking out the Juubi is what gave birth to the Rinnegan, then shouldn't it only have existed in the Sage? The eye comes of a "natural evolution" of the Sharingan.

If this theory is correct, then it would lean more towards the possibility of the Sage of being an Uzumaki. I mean, they did specialize in seals and he used a seal to take on the Juubi.

Well no, because he conceived his children while he was still host to the complete Juubi.

I am really going to have to look through the whole manga for the panel of the Rikudou Sennin standing in front of the Juubi with his Rinnegan aren't I?
