I just caught up on attack and titan and I gotta say....

I feel kinda trolled.

I mean I got current with the manga in a few days and couldn't imagine waiting 1 month per chapter up to this point. Reason being? We have a huge number of half-solved mysteries that are just lingering around.

How many chapters has Annie been captured for and we just recently got a one liner about how she's been getting tortured and questioned this whole time? Yet we have not yet been informed of any of this intel nor have we seen a single panel of her since being captured. We also had a great deal of time committed to the collection of the girl from the Wall Religion family yet has no questioning been done in regard to her original purpose? We got her backstory and now she's essential to their plan but how long until we're told about the origin of the titans in the walls that she knows so much about? I mean wasn't the gathering of that intel essential at one point? Now its just being ignored?

Discovering that all normal class titans used to be humans is not too surprising, but to be introduced to this giant intelligent ape titan and then getting a whole new storyline thrown in before discovering more? I mean did I read it right that Connie said they killed the ape titan? If he's not dead then how has his importance not been highlighted more? If Reiner and Bertolt are somehow involved in conspiracies with the government (which I don't know is a correct assumption) how have we not seen a single panel of them since their last escape? I mean, aren't they far too important not to be involved in current happenings?

Isn't the attack on the government leading to the final aspects of the plot? I mean it became obvious that Reiner and Bertolt weren't working for titans, so then they were either doing this out of personal vendetta or through an alliance with the government. If this is the final makings of the plot, how are we not seeing their side of things yet? On a calmer note, I'm actually very curious about their 'home village' and why they wanted so much to bring Eren there.

Overall.... I feel disappointed with the amount of chapters that have been released and how little has been covered. What are your feelings about the series?

Here's my theory about Eren's ability to control the Titans. Annie and Eren had ***. Somehow the ability was passed to him through that.
Reasoning: The other Titan shifters shock at Eren having the power. It was an Annie exclusive ability, or so they thought.
Eren's disbelief that Annie was a titan. Goes beyond just "being friends" with her. That had an intimate connection and helped each other a lot.
Conclusion: Eren and Annie had ***, power got transferred that way, Annie had no idea that could happen

Reiner and bertholt works for the rebels (titans/people who know about the gov)

The king(not the fake but the girls dad) intends to eat the "catalyst?" (Forgot the name) to control the titans

The walls used to be people who can become titans (variants) and used themselves to shield the gov from being eaten by failed experiments (feral titans)

They just told reiner and berthold that annies being tortured. So that they surrender/try to break her out.

Armin was lying about Annie & she is not really relevant to the story anymore , so why would they focus on her ? there's no need RIGHT NOW , whatever Reiner & Berholdt end up doing will eventually involve her , because they are her friends .

Historia is part of the true Royal Family & her purpose is to be queen , I'm sure her father will know more .

Connie never said that they killed the Ape Titan , unless I missed it scan please ? Reiner & the others have been shown ..they were talking about a homecoming , sorry if you missed that part . the story is not just about the Titans , it's also about what goes in the inside .

I honestly doubt the ape titan is Eren's dad based on the fact that he had no knowledge of the 3D maneuver gear.

I wanna see the battle they had when Eren's had the flahsback lol ..........but I doubt a love triangle will, this ain't Naruto + Hajime said in an interview that Eren has respect for Annie not feelings .....then again , who knows what Annies feelings are Dx.
