Not really, Naruto out right claimed Sakura as his girlfriend when Minato asked him. Sakura hits him and tell him to focus on recovering but never denies being Naruto's girlfriend as she would have in part 1. This takes place after Naruto was holding Hinata's hand to give her chakra which means Naruto paid Hinata no mind since you can see her go "!" after Naruto said that to Minato

.Kushina told Naruto to find a women like herself as one of her dying breathes which Minato was there fore yet he compares Sakura to Kushina in that very page ^^^. We even gets other characters seeing Sakura having feelings for Naruto as Yamato have at near the beginning of Shippuden

.Karin would be better for Sasuke since she accepted Sasuke's Dark natures while Sakura said she would go along with in part one to not going along with in Shippuden. Part 1 Sakura loved Sasuke and would go against Konoha to be with him, Shippuden Sakura didn't love Sasuke enough to do so but instead choose the side of trying to kill him. She couldn't actually do it but she still sided with the kill Sasuke side but was too weak minded to carry it out as Kakashi said.
