You forgetting that Luffy sees CP9 use Soru, the very first time he ever saw it, and then DIDN'T learn it in the span of a few hours, even developing Gear 2 in the same time to execute it, but spent years and years of hard, daily training to develop Gear 2 and use Soru.

Rasengans, SM, and Shadow Clones are the only things he truly worked for. Everything else was given to him. He never worked for Kurama. That shit was given to him since day one.

Luffy was absolute garbage with his fruit when he was 7(his age when he first got it). Luffy trained every day learning how to use it starting with learning how to stretch at will. This took 10 years. Throughout the story, Luffy trained and developed stuff on his own. Rayleigh taught him how to use haki and Luffy had to figure out to use his DF better. Every "power-up" Luffy gained has been him using his combat genius to develop new techniques.

Naruto trained his shadow clones & rasengan. Spent 2 1/2 years with Jiraiya. Later trained for sage mode. Naruto had to defeat Kurama to gain an INSANE power up. Naruto's next 2 power ups that made him god were just handed to him.

Naruto's hard work pales in comparison to Luffy.
