You dont apply for a sensei. Check your threads started for your bio then look for training threads. Update the bio accordingly with the techs learned.

Well I'd just use your current bio and train again. I don't think you did any training or else they would be in your past threads most likely.

Just Pm or Vm a sensei or senpai for training. Some have threads were you can sign up for. Best of luck getting back to work and good luck training.

Konoha town seems to have a few sensei's with application threads. So apply there.
