532 episodes are way too much, i've seen some of it on CN but i have almost forgotten them.
So i wanted to know , from where should i start and what part should i skip ?

What i remember about one piece is ... its about pirates and that rubber guy was heading towards an island which contained treasure.and then i remember one episode related to navy ??

If you can't remember, then you might as well start over from the beginning, but watching it subbed. You can skip fillers, though there aren't many.
