3.) Yes, Minato did really seal the kyuubi's chakra along with his soul. So, it's still kind of vague to me if such tech could seal ONLY the bijuu's chakra.

1. orochimaru could not have seen the hand seals(it was the 3rd ape,his summon creature who saw it)since the 1st hokage used a darkness jtusu that blackens everything there was no visibility between the 3rd and orochimaru. not even the hokages except the 3rd was seen to us.
2.it was after the 3dr was sealing his soul(orochimaru) he saw the death reaper and he said"this must be the jutsu that the 4th used when the nine tails attack". i can see that you have not even read the chapters that i told you to reda or you ave have post this rubbish as a reply to my post. if you did read im sorry ,but read it again because it seems that you lack understanding in the manga chapters.

a) genjutsu affects the target... it would be a supplementary jutsu if it affected all, and therefore the other hokages wouldn't be able to see him either...
b) he did the jutsu before infinite darkness as i will show later...
2) a) yes i relooked... i didn't recognise it to be enma as a staff... i just saw it as an eye because i was skim reading... but i'm sure you understand with your infinite wisdom that the only place enma could have recognised it from was the 4th using it... if the 3rd had used it before his soul would have already been claimed... it doesn't matter who sees it... the jutsu will have been recorded in konoha history as what the 4th used to save the village...

you say i have a lack of understanding on the manga... you're using the most stupid argument ever as base for a theory and are constantly mis-spelling even the easiest techniques to spell such as amaterasu and not even grasping the concept that "that jutsu" is only used as a way not to show what is going to happen straight away...

ugh... read my post carefully... i said you're right... it was enma who saw him doing the handseals... i didn't realise it was enma because it was a small window and it was in staff form showing mainly an eye... but enma wouldn't have seen the 3rd do it before... because if the 3rd did it before he wouldn't have been alive still... you can't just call upon the death god for no reason... even if you aren't killing someone it'd still want your soul for summoning it.
i've come to the conclusion about that you're too ignorant to see what's infront of your face... go learn about writing techniques or go and get some solid evidence... i even gave you something to support your idea but i think you totally missed it...

for one thing if it is what you say it is; Naroto wouldnt need the fox chakra to pull it off, what ever it is it has to be a jutsu that needs a large amount of chakra and/or good chakra control, due to of the Kyuubi been sealed in Naruto; he has to suppress it's effect and because of that he has a natural chakra imbalance.

Who ever uses this jutsu is a dead man, its suicide, a lat desperate move. Thats why it classified as a forbidden Jutsu. It like the Kamikaze pilots of WWII. It a no win scenario. Naruto dos not need it, learning this jutsu is the same as admitting defeat, Giving up.

Just because they both said "that" it doesn't mean its Dead demon Consuming Seal.Naruto and Jiraiya weren't there when Enma said "that" so you're probably wrong.Plus it could be anything,most likely a new jutsu.It should be powerful

it cant be anything because its not any jutsu that links to the fox's seal and links to the 4th.if you can tell new a jutsu that links the seal and the 4th then ill take your word for it. and it definitely cant be a new jutsu because the frog said to naruto that this is your final thing to do for you to perfect "that jtusu" which means jiraiya and the frog know about it and if they know about that means it cant be a new jutsu and also it was a jutsu that the 4th left behind for naruto to complete it or perfect it.

Well maybe they tried to make it and couldn't name it so they called it "that jutsu".It doesn't have to link to the fourth but there's a good chance that it links to the fox.I really think it's a new jutsu.

You can only use the death seal jutsu ones and its over for you, same as a suicide bomber. All Naruto is going to learn is a Jutsu similar to Gai and Rock Lee opening and closing gates that allow the control how much chakra is taken in wile keeping the mind of the nine tail fox out.
