To be honest, Naruto's answer was to confront hate together with cooperation. It was really simple, nothing complicated or set out but something to start from and then improve upon when the need arises.

from what he said, seems like hes going to be making reforms.

Probably but it would still involve everyone and these reforms probably would be negotiable imo.
Of course, but I do think he'll be using a bit of force or "fear" like Hashirama supposedly had the "fear" factor in him.

But I also see him siding with the smaller countries and maybe building them up. And I also see him using Sasuke in his plan in an important way that would involve traveling the world.

so many things kishi did with Naruto bothered me, this shit is small in comparison.

with that being said the answer is there is no true answer to peace, humanity is not capable of it.

Didn't think Hashirama was a "fearful" man, since he was so humble but who knows. Although I figured Shikimaru would be the one making the plans while Naruto agrees and/or disproves or something along those lines until something better is made.

Probably the gokage would aid/help with any other plan involving travel or other nations' interests or something.

Because people like yourself, will not acknowledge it and that becomes part of the problem. To achieve something you must acknowledge it.

"Most feared" of his time is what the manga says lol. And nah, see thats like how people confused it with hashi/tobi, Tobirama did the advisory, not make the plans. For examples, Hashirama made the plans of the village as a kid, Tobirama however advised him along the way.

Yea, another thing is where are the tailed beasts now ;p. Living with people or on their own.

Ninshu indoctrination was set into place for that current gen when Sasuke finally acknowledged Naruto's resolve. The peace that was established for the end of this manga is end game. There is no way around it but mere speculation like your doing. In the end it's peaceful and that's the way the story was meant to end and the way it ended, without further conflict or hate from the world.

Yeah...they were not at war because they didn't understand each other. The nations started war to gain wealth to feed their countries due to overpopulation as Nagato explained to Naruto. It was all out of survival and that's something Ninshu indoctrination can't fix.

Also, if Ninshu indoctrination was the answer why didn't Naruto tell Sasuke when he said that you can't get rid of hatred?

The manga never really gave an answer that made sense.

False, there was no "overpopulation" in any of the big countries.

The 5 nations went to war to be superior to each other, just like our current world. However, its countries who got caught between the superpowers that couldn't feed their people. The Big 5 had no problem feeding their people. << And those small countries were ignored by the Big 5, and that is why it all comes back to non-understanding.

Furthermore, Naruto told sasuke to stay alive so Naruto can start his plan.. what do you mean he gave him no answer?

No, Nagato did mentioned that the countries had grown to big and the nations started wars to gain wealth so they won't starve. Bottom panel.

Cooperation doesn't get rid of hatred.

So why did he mention the people starving? That line gives off that impression. It's not unheard of for nations to go to war because of their population growth.

Speaking of Ninshu, the Allience connected with Obito yet there were still people that wanted to kill him.

What are you talking about?

The cycle of hatred was broken.

Also the ending with the Gokage meeting. It was hinted that the city at the end was supposed to unite all of the villages. So no more war.

Even Tenten commented on how it was so peaceful that she couldn't get any business.

She's not saying that it didn't but asking how did he stop all hate from happening.

Well if the manga says it then there's nothing I can say then. Also that is right about advising and planning so yeah what I was saying is practically reversed where Naruto makes the plans and Shikamru advises. (Lel I can't really see Naruto making plans but hopefully these years have increased his wisdom, then again he was like 16-17 in part 2.)

As for the beasts, I'm pretty sure they are doing what they said before, so probably on their own but I'm pretty sure the villages know where they are.

The hate Naruto was referring to started from the conflict of the five villages. By uniting the villages, people like Nagato, Madara, and Obito, Sasori, Orochimaru, etc won't exist since their pain and hate came from loss of loved ones in war.

He could have just kept the villages as one and that would have been an acceptable answer. Instead he just kept the villages separate and apart from each other, as we saw by the Kage meeting being something important and people getting telling Naruto that he's going to be late. If the villages were united, then it wouldn't be such a big deal and the kages wouldn't have had to travel such a long way.

Cooperation can only go so far, especially in a world where people kill for a living. Once Naruto and his friends die, history will repeat itself and the cycle of hatred will continue as it doesn't apply solely to Indra and Ashura.

Yes he had no answer for the biggest plotline of shippuden. All that build-up that Naruto is the child of wonders, that he will find an answer to the madness in their world. Everybody believed in him Jay man, Minato, Nagato, Konan, Itachi and even Sasuke in the end. And Kishi doesn't even bother to come up with a solution/plan Naruto can present. Horrible writing!!

It's funny how there are tons of threads dedicated to pairing shit and bad writing of romance when there is a hole of this magnitude in the story.
