chakra water and water chakra are two really different things. You have to add water chakra to everyone of your cells and then using chakra control, change the state of matter of your cells so they turn into a liquid.

When that is moving steadily I shape the water into the form of a large snake and raise it from the pool. I put a layer of chakra over the body and the water flows inside the shape while being held together. When I'm comfortable I have the snake attack the tree we've been using. It's jaw unhinges and opens wide as it moves to strike the tree. The force from the blow makes a noticeable dent in the bark.*

*I create water inside of my mouth and rotate it. Once it is spinning fast enough I shape it into a sphere. The water is getting all warm and gross so when I build up enough water I spit the sphere out in front of us. It crashes on the ground splashing a wide range.*

Not doing it on purpose lol. The inside of the body is just warm lol. like when you hold spit in your mouth it gets warm. I was just talking about the sensation I was getting. Its not a part of the jutsu.
