During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

*I close my eyes and concentrate on the falling rain and what I can feel in its path. Aside from the pool, tree, and fallen log there are 3 birds, one flying and 2 in the trees. The bunny just dashed out across the grass behind us. I can sense you moving around too.*

I wont close my eyes in battle but if I thought that if I practiced with my eyes closed I can get more in tune with the feeling. However maybe practicing with my eyes open is better so I can concentrate on the feeling while still having the visual distractions.

*I go to the pool. The frog us still swimming around. I place my hand onto the surface of the pool and form begin forming the jutsu. When the orb is half formed I try to catch the frog in the jutsu. He's quick but I finally catch him. I close the bubble and stay in contact with it.*
