as long as you sign a contract with the summon creature u can summon as many as you want i think.

kuchiyosi no jutsu?
or
sanjuu rashoumon?

I'm not sure if there is a limit on the kuchiyose jutsu's. But as for the rashoumon summonings they use charkra so yeah there would have to be a limit. The kuchiyose ones just use blood
