you cant do that move u have to let him finish the first move its in the rules.you can activate byakugan but then when hes done with the fire attack you can do the move u want.

you cant do that move u have to let him finish the first move its in the rules.you can activate byakugan but then when hes done with the fire attack you can do the move u want.

You have to defend against the first jutsu instead of trying to cancel the opponent's entire move with just one jutsu.

this is the time frame rule it does not say that i can not do a miove while he is doing his first it means that i can not block move 1 in a way that stops moves 2 & 3

so my move is completely valid

Umm In that lighting move you did it say energy well crack or something like that but don't you have to wait a bit to put the
lighting in it and also it a high lvl move so it
most take a bit of time and
also you well have been slaeeping b/c you did nothing to block it
