For this 3rd stage, you must use all that was already learned in stage 1 and 2. The third level of the Rasengan is dominance. The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra, and create a small shell to prevent the chakra from dissipating on contact. In other words, this stage consists of controlling rotation and the power of chakra at the same time in the shape of ball. In this state, the Rasengan maintains a more focused and powerful force. As it meets friction, the chakra is captured and focused by the thin shell driving the force of the chakra into target. When Jiraiya taught Naruto, he made him contain his chakra in the shape of a ball in a water balloon without making it burst.

*al of my clone take a water balloon from the candy shop nearby and i take the water balloon from sensei than we start of with gathering a lot of chakra and then we condense the whole amount of chakra by compressing it and then we concentrate the chakra into the ballon focussing hard to keep the chakra in the water ballon constant and then we release the dense and strong chakra in a rotating motion keeping the rotation strong and steady making a thin but strong protective layer on the cover of this dense and rotating chakra ball that doesnt even hamper the ballons keeping the ballons still and in shape*

Ok so i start of again i again gather a huge amount of chakra and then i start compressing that huge amount of chakra and then i focus all my dense chakra into the water balloon in a rotating motion and then i concentrate on balancing and getting the right proportions of the dense chakra so that the water balloon doesnt burst*

*i gather a huge amount of chakra calling in all the reserves of chakra and then focussing my chakra on the center of my palm i compress the chakra to a very high degree to make it densei and then i start releasing my chakra adding high sped rotation to my chakra creating a spiraling mass of spherica chakra on my palm forming*
