Well see a piano has every octave and therefore contains every playable note.

That's how beethoven, Mozart, etc. Wrote different parts for different instruments in their symphonies. So you can recreate and piece of music using the piano. It's also the only instrument where you can play the most notes at once since you can use 8 fingers.​
