It kinda obvious by now that sasuke and itachi are direct descendants of Madara or his brother. I'm guessing thats why there the only ones that can use amaterasu and the other thing. Its also obvious that sasuke is much more proficient at using amaterasu as itachi is at using the genjutsu. It possible that the ultimate susanoo is Madara's affinity for the MS.
I doubt Sasuke will obtain Perfect Susanoo

I think its obvious that sasuke will get perfect susanoo its been stated b4 that sasuke is madara 2.0. Sasuke is almost like madara reborn. Kyuubi made a comment that sasuke reminded him of madara. Both sasuke and madara obtain ems through the lost of their brother. And both hate the the leaf village and have strong pride in their clan. So sasuke is bound to get perfect susanoo

I think Kishi made it pretty obvious that the only possible way Sasuke could compare to Naruto now is with a Perfect Susano'o upgrade. If not, he shouldn't even bother entering a battlefield with Naruto, whether their fighting or teaming up.
